Aksh Baghla was born on (Friday) 9 December 1994 (age 27 years; as of 2021) in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. When Aksh was just 2 years old, his family shifted to Chandigarh.

He did his schooling at Mount Carmel School, Chandigarh (1997-2010), and went to Chandigarh’s DAV College to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com., 2013-2015). Aksh was good at singing and dancing since childhood and was a part of his school’s music band. While in college, he joined a music band as a vocalist.

Career
Aksh Baghla was inclined towards music from a very young age, and he started singing with live bands when he was in college. He started off by making mashup videos from his single-room apartment. In July 2016, he created his YouTube channel named Aksh Baghla and started uploading his music videos on it. Slowly, Aksh started creating live-looping and multi-songs mashups of English and Hindi songs on his YouTube channel that gained popularity among the audience and his fan base started to grow.
He came into the limelight after his music video of the Indian edition of “1 Guy 30 Voices” went viral on the internet. In the video, he demonstrated his wide range of voice modulations to match the voices of some popular Indian and international artists like Lukas Graham, Sonu Nigam, Adele, and Bruno Mars. The video amassed more than 3 crore views across YouTube and Facebook.
Ever since then, he has been a part of many music concerts like YouTube Fanfest and Sunburn Mumbai DVLM.

In 2018, Aksh was approached by the popular singer and rapper Badshah for a collaboration. He signed a contract with Badshah’s production ‘Afterhours Production’ to launch his debut single. Talking about the same in an interview, Aksh said,
Signing with the biggest rapper of the time (Badshah) is an awesome feeling. I want to get my music out to the world and this is the perfect chance.”

I love making Bollywood- American Pop Mashups, taking two different songs that have some kind of common thread and mashing them together to create something new that entertains everyone.”
In an interview, when Aksh was asked about his training sessions, he said,
I am not a trained singer. I just love singing and making entertaining mashups for my viewers. Internet is my biggest teacher and has taught me a lot. Only talent is not enough for an artiste, one needs to focus on being interactive with one’s audience.”
